With guests from abroad, if the road is long or due to the transport schedule, we agree in advance on a possible check-in outside working hours.
The apartments are equipped with everything needed for cooking (pots, pans, plates and glasses, crockery, etc.). In the bedrooms there are pillows and blankets, mattress covers and pillowcase covers, but linen is not provided. You will find the bucket, mop and broom, but detergents are not guaranteed.
The customer can report any critical issues and defects in the house or complaints about cleaning, within two hours of arrival. After this period, any damage to the furnishings or to the apartment will be charged to the customer. In case of malfunctioning of household appliances, shutters, etc. due to normal wear and tear, the real estate agency will resolve them as soon as possible. We appreciate your kindness in communication and trust that we will do our best to let you spend your well-deserved vacation in the best possible way. We will also appreciate receiving suggestions and advice by any means you wish.
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a rigorous and tidy state, throw away the rubbish, empty the fridge and reposition the furniture as before if it had been moved for your needs. In Castiglione della Pescaia there are bins for separate waste collection and we also ask you to respect the environment. If you have to leave outside the agency's opening hours, contact us to arrange for the delivery of the keys.
